Exchange Policy

GM will surely exchange any product if it is found to be wrongly delivered instead of actual order, under the following conditions:

Products must be in their original condition.

Products must be unopened and unused.

Products must be sent back within 15 days.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.

How do I exchange products?
Here are some of the ways by which you can exchange products:

State the complete details of products you ordered also give your order number.

Give the details of the order you have received.

Dispatch or send the product back to us in its original sealed packaging at our given address.

Non-Returnable Products:
Remember the products which are used and opened are not returned or refunded at any cost. JGM will not accept return products, such as:

If shipping box is open or damaged by the customer’s side.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale products or gift cards.

Order Cancellation:
If you want to cancel your order placed, let us know within 24hours. Cancellation of orders depends on whether your order has been dispatched or not. For cancellation of order, call us at our HELPLINE: +92 3343341911 or WhatsApp us at (+92) 3343341911 immediately, if your order has been already dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it.
